WELCOME TO HBBC!
WELCOME TO HBBC!
It is no accident that God wants you to hear a very special word from Him today. It can be through the preaching of God’s word, a verse in the song or just a simple word of encouragement from another person in the service. God can speak in all kind of ways. We all are here for a special reason. If you are a first-time guest or a returning one, it is our honor to have you in the services. We hope you will join with us in Praise and Worship to our Lord. And if you are a first time guest, please be sure to complete an HBBC Connection Card and return your card to the Welcome Station. If you have a special prayer request, list it on the back of the card, or complete online here. There is a prayer box that you can drop your prayer requests in by the main door in the foyer. We also have a gift for all first time visitors!

HBBC IS A “FAMILY OF BROTHERS & SISTERS!”
How reassuring that we are never alone; God has sent us a host of other believers who can identify with the struggles and trials
of everyday life! That’s what “church” is all about! Isn’t it great to be a part of something so encouraging! If you are looking for a place to belong, HBBC is just for you! Come on over to our Family!
We have several elderly, shut-ins and members that need our care and support. A visit, phone call, or a card of encouragement would be appreciated.
THERE IS A SIGN-UP SHEET IN THE FOYER FOR VOLUNTEERS TO WORK THE PUMPLIN PATCH… PLEASE SIGN UP FOR AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS!
THE PUMPKINS WILL BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12TH. WE WILL NEED ALL HANDS ON DECK FOR THIS. WE WILL ALSO NEED WHEELBARROWS AND WAGONS IF ANYONE HAS ONE THEY CAN BRING ON DELIVERY DAY.

PRAY FOR OUR MISSIONARY FAMILIES
Each month we will have a
MISSIONARY OF THE MONTH
We will get to know our missionaries so we can better pray for them and support them.
Our October Missionary family is Russ & Lynn Turner, missionaries to Costa Rica and Latin America.
.
Meet the Turner family! Russ and Lynn, have been missionaries in Costa Rica and Latin America for over 43 years. Following graduation from Tennessee Temple University (1977) and deputation (1978), they moved to Costa Rica and studied the Spanish language. During the next 30 years, they lived in several different areas of the country winning new converts, starting new churches, and training new leaders. They have hosted many mission teams that have served in different capacities such as construction, medical, youth, sports, and evangelism efforts. In recent years (since 2010), God has broadened their ministry to evangelize, disciple, and train the unreached or under reached tribal groups in the mountains and jungles of Panama, Colombia, Peru, and other countries.
The ultimate goal of a church planting missionary is to produce indigenous missionaries who will evangelize and disciple others.
They ask that you pray for them as they spread the gospel!
SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE HBBC SECURITY TEAM
During all services, both church entrances are locked 10 minutes after the services begin. Security will walk the property during services checking doors and assuring the safety of our children while they are in the Children’s Building. The Children’s Building doors are locked also. Thank you, men, for volunteering your services!
