Pastor Jonny and Mrs. Stephanie
Celebrating Two Years of Faith and Leadership

This week, our Attitude of Gratitude is overflowing as we celebrate a very special milestone: the 2-year anniversary of Pastor Jonny and Mrs. Stephanie leading our church family.

As we look back on these two years, we see more than just growth in numbers; we see a family being built. We’ve watched Pastor Jonny lead us with the true heart of a shepherd, whether he’s organizing 20,000 eggs for the Community Easter Egg Hunt at Ferry Park, cheering us on at the Chili Cookoff, or standing in the gap during our monthly Prayer Drive-throughs. Brother Jonny, your sermon series have moved us, and your dedication to this flock shows us daily what Godly leadership looks like.

Pastor Jonny, your dedication to the pulpit has brought us sermon series that challenge and inspire us, with an impact that grows deeper every week. You have shown us what it truly means to be a shepherd, leading with a servant’s heart and a steadfast commitment to every member of this church.

Mrs. Stephanie, your grace and leadership are foundational to who we are. As one of the leaders of the Women of Purpose, you have poured into our sisters through monthly Bible studies and have been a constant source of strength and guidance. Thank you for always being by Pastor Jonny’s side and leading the women of this church with such a servant’s heart.

To Brother Jonny and Mrs. Stephanie: thank you for these two years of walking beside us, praying over us, and leading us closer to Christ. We are so blessed to call you our leaders and our family.

Here we share the words of your flock, our brothers and sisters in Christ, our Church family.

Linda B: Happy Anniversary on being a wonderful Pastor

Charlie W: It’s nice to have a Preacher and a good friend.  God bless you and your family.  Thank you.

Barry: Steadfast man of God, proactive, visionary, devoted

Lisa:  Jeremiah 3:15  “Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.”
Johnny and Stephanie’s devotion to spreading the Gospel has transformed my walk with God. Because of their example of servitude and selflessness. I am encouraged more than ever to seek His presence and serve Him with everything I have.

Dear Bro. Jonny,
We just wanted to take a moment to express how much you truly mean to us.
Your dedication, faithfulness, and the love you pour into serving as our Pastor never go unnoticed. Week after week, through every message, prayer, and act of kindness, you remind us what it means to lead with a servant’s heart.

Thank you for your hard work, for standing strong in your faith and in your calling, and for caring so deeply about each of us, and all those that need to be reached for Christ.  Your guidance, encouragement, and unwavering faith have made a lasting impact on our lives and we are so grateful to have you as our Pastor.

Please know that you and Stephanie are loved, appreciated, and continually prayed for.

May God continue to strengthen you, bless you, and fill your heart as you so faithfully pour into others.

With love and appreciation,

JT, Sandy & Jacob

Katy, Lucas & Weston

Clay H:  Thanks for two years, looking forward to many more.  Great things are yet to come.

Tim D:
Brother Jonny and Mrs. Stephanie,

From the day I got back to town, y’all showed me exactly who you are. Jonny, you proved right off the bat that you’re not just a man of God, but a real friend. I’ll never forget you helping me unload that moving truck….especially going head-to-head with that two-ton toolbox! And right from day one, the way you both welcomed Zoe, AJ, and Alex meant the world to me. It’s been awesome watching you grow as our Pastor these last two years. I’m proud to call Brother Jonny my pastor, but honestly, I’m even more proud to call y’all my friends and my family.

Happy 2-year Anniversary. Here’s to a lot more.

Love y’all

I know for a fact that if we had gotten the word out to more people, we’d have a mountain of notes celebrating our amazing Pastor. But the celebration doesn’t stop here! Head over to our Facebook page—or drop a comment below if you’re already reading this online—and keep the love and encouragement rolling in for Pastor Jonny and Mrs. Stephanie. Let’s be honest, dealing with all of our shenanigans means they definitely deserve it!

Heartfelt Thanks to Longhorn Steakhouse! 🥔

The HBBC Family would like to extend a massive “Thank You” to our local Longhorn Steakhouse for their incredibly generous donation of baked potatoes for our Project Hope Fellowship today!

Community support is the secret ingredient that makes our mission possible. These warm, hearty potatoes provided more than just a meal—they fueled our fellowship and helped us focus on the important work of Project Hope.

A Little Pro-Tip for the Family:

We all know the struggle of the “Where do you want to eat?” debate. The next time she (or he!) looks at you and says, “I don’t know” or “I don’t care,” don’t panic. Just end the indecision and head straight to Longhorn Steakhouse for a steak. They took care of us today, so let’s take care of them!

Why we’re grateful:

  • Generosity: Longhorn Steakhouse stepped up to support our local initiatives.

  • Fellowship: Nothing brings people together like a perfectly baked potato.

  • Impact: This donation helps us keep our focus on serving others through Project Hope.

“No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another.” — We certainly felt that spirit today!

Thank you again to the Longhorn Team for being such “spud-tacular” partners!
