WELCOME TO HBBC!
It’s no accident you’re here today! God has a special word just for you, and it can come in many ways—through the message, a verse in a song, or even a simple word of encouragement from someone nearby.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning, it’s truly our honor to have you with us. We hope you’ll join us in praising and worshiping our Lord.
Welcome, First-Time Visitors!
We’re so glad you’re here! If this is your first time visiting HBBC, please take a moment to fill out a Connection Card. You can find these cards and drop them off at our Welcome Station.

Attitude of Gratitude

Attitude of Gratitude: A Heart for the New Year
As we stand on the threshold of 2026, Hollywood Blvd Baptist Church celebrates the gift of new beginnings! This week, our “Attitude of Gratitude” is focused on the spirit we carry in our own hearts. We are challenged to carry a spirit of thankfulness into every single day of this coming year.
A Living Testimony Our prayer for this year is that we strive to let our attitudes reflect the light and positivity of being a follower of Christ. When the world looks at us—at work, in the grocery store, or in our neighborhoods—let them see a joy that is unshakeable and a kindness that is contagious. By remaining positive in everything we do, we become a living invitation for others to come to know the God we serve.
A Blessed Year Ahead Happy New Year to our entire HBBC Family! We wish everyone a year overflowing with God’s richest blessings. As we move forward, let us stay faithful to the Word and dedicated to our church home.
We truly believe that with the help and unity of our Church Family, 2026 is going to be a monumental year of growth and blessing for Hollywood Blvd Baptist. We can’t wait to see what God has in store!
Scripture for the Year:
“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.” — Colossians 3:15 (KJV)

MISSIONARY OF THE MONTH
We will get to know our missionaries so we can better pray for them and support them.
Our December Missionary is
Tim Lee

Tim Lee Ministries
Tim Lee was born and raised in southern Illinois to John and Wanda Lee. His father pastored Southern Baptist Churches for 60 years.
On March 8, 1971 while serving in the United States Marine Corps in South Vietnam Tim gave both of his legs to America. Instead of quitting or becoming bitter God used this major event in Tim’s life to propel him into a ministry that no one could have imagined at that time.
Tim Lee is known as the “Legendary Speaker” at MCRD Parris Island, where he has spoken to tens of thousands of Marines and Marine Recruits since 2013. He has a contagious zeal for revival and a fervent desire to win the lost to Christ.
Tim speaks from a wheelchair—however most people, within the first five minutes of listening, forget all about the wheelchair and are honed in on the message.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the men who volunteer their time. Special thank you to Wally Hammond for heading the team.
