WELCOME TO HBBC!
WELCOME TO HBBC!
It is no accident that God wants you to hear a very special word from Him today. It can be through the preaching of God’s word, a verse in the song or just a simple word of encouragement from another person in the service. God can speak in all kind of ways. We are all here for a special reason. If you are a first-time guest or a returning one, it is our honor to have you in the services. We hope you will join with us in Praise and Worship to our Lord. And if you are a first time guest, please be sure to complete an HBBC Connection Card and return your card to the Welcome Station. If you have a special prayer request, list it on the back of the card, or complete online here. There is a prayer box that you can drop your prayer requests in by the main door in the foyer. We also have a gift for all first time visitors!

HBBC IS A “FAMILY OF BROTHERS & SISTERS!”
How reassuring that we are never alone; God has sent us a host of other believers who can identify with the struggles and trials of everyday life! That’s what “church” is all about! Isn’t it great to be a part of something so encouraging! If you are looking for a place to belong, HBBC is just for you! Come on over to our Family!
We have several elderly, shut-ins and members that need our care and support. A visit, phone call, or a card of encouragement would be appreciated.
Women of Purpose
Final plans are being made for the Ladies Bible study but there is still time to sign up! If you are interested in attending a Bible study in the near future, please sign the sign-up sheet in the foyer. Pray that the right decision will be made.
Keep our teens and their adults accompanying them in prayer as they travel back home from their trip to Orlando.

PRAY FOR OUR MISSIONARY FAMILIES
Each month we will have a
MISSIONARY OF THE MONTH
We will get to know our missionaries so we can better pray for them and support them.
Our January Missionary family is Kenneth & Valerie Balootje, missionaries to the Dominican Republic.
Kenneth and Valerie Balootje have served the Dominican Republic since 1994. In 2014, they founded Sowing For Eternity with a passion to evangelize and disciple those who live in the DR. Kenneth has a heart for the lost, and is relentless in sharing the gospel. He has partnered with churches around the globe to live out the Great Commission. Sowing for Eternity has the passion and vision to reach the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean and beyond with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our holistic approach to helping people move from brokenness to wholeness includes: evangelism and discipleship, church planting, training leaders within the church, and supporting the local church to start the cycle again.
The ultimate goal of a church planting missionary is to produce indigenous missionaries who will evangelize and disciple others.
SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE HBBC SECURITY TEAM
During all services, both church entrances are locked 10 minutes after the services begin. Security will walk the property during services checking doors and assuring the safety of our children while they are in the Children’s Building. The Children’s Building doors are locked also. Thank you, men, for volunteering your services!
